City Hopes 2015 Budget Can Be Disbursed this Month

Jakarta Provincial Government hoped the 2015 city budget can be used by the middle of February after being submitted to Home Ministry for correction.

Head of Jakarta Financial Management Body (BPKD) Heru Budi Hartono said, his side has submitted the bylaw of 2015 city budget to the ministry today. There will be a week minimally for the ministry to correct the budget.
"We have three days to analyze the ministry's correction after the bylaw is given back to us. After the process is complete, we can use the budget," he said at City Hall, Monday (2/2).

According to him, the city budget ratification passes three steps. First, city budget ratification by city council. This step has been taken on January 27 ago. Second, perfecting the bylaw by Jakarta Provincial Government. And last is submitting the bylaw to Home Ministry for correction.
As reported earlier, total of 2015 city budget is Rp 73.83 trillion. The amount is 0.24 percent bigger compared to 2014 amendment city budget by Rp 72.9 trillion.
